40 years of Boss History 

In 2017, House of Vans partnered with Roland and BOSS to produce a retrospective exhibition of guitar history and technology offering guitarists a once-in-a-lifetime chance to experience the past forty years of guitar innovations.

The Exhibition included pristine tape echo units from the ‘70s, first-issue pedals, rare guitar synthesizers from the ‘80s as well as collectable memorabilia and insider stories. The exhibit also included hands-on areas where consumers could interact with over 119 iconic BOSS compact pedals gathered from friends, collectors, artists, museums, dusty cupboards and music studios from across the globe.
