Since 2011 Black Sparrow has produced a range of activations both physically and digitally with the retail environment and since 2018 has assisted in the development and growth of Vans Family – the Vans Loyalty programme App. Vans Family members earn loyalty points to unlock access to exclusive products, rewards and members-only experiences.

In 2020 our team worked on market expansion for the app across  France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Germany as well as executing a range of interactive art shows, music gigs and experiences in stores including the Oxford Street flagship in London . The app has seen exponentiation growth with over 12 million active users globally.
